Love the sweet spicy balance of this dish This glaze can be used on pork, beef, and shrimp Ingredients:
2 chipotles, chopped (in adobo sauce) |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
1 tbls. cilantro, chopped |
4-5 tbls. honey |
2 tbls. ground mustard |
1 tsp. cumin |
juice for 1 1/2 limes |
2 tbls. canola oil |
6 boneless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine first 7 ingredients and blend 2. Add oil while blender is still on 3. Heat grill to medium 4. Brush both sides of chicken with sauce 5. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side 6. Brush with additional sauce before serving |
