Honey Chili Shrimp Over Noodles

First time that this dish was made but it will definitely be a staple in our meal planning. The combination of garlic, honey and chilies was quite unusual. If you don't like too hot a dish make to your own preference as this dish was quite hot.
Ingredients:
2 t vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 inch fresh ginger,, grated
1-2 red or green chillies, deseeded and chopped
1 pound shelled raw shrimp
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 t honey
juice of 1 lemon
1 t soy sauce
8 ounces chinese egg noodles
chopped fresh coriander (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic, ginger and chilli over a high heat for about 1 minutes.
2. Add the 8 ounces of egg noodles and stir-fry with the spices.
3. Make sure you keep stirring well for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
5. Don't overcook or the shrimp will become rubbery.
6. Add the honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
7. Allow to bubble up.
8. Serve immediately.
9. Sprinkled with fresh coriander if you have some handy.
