the OJ and honey caramelize to make a great glaze for this dish; serve with brown rice and fresh steamed brocoli for a great healthy dinner Ingredients:
20 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs |
2 tbsp. honey |
2 tbsp. light butter |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 tsp. salt |
Directions:
1. melt butter, add honey and allow to combine 2. add chicken and brown on one side in butter/honey mixture for 3-4 minutes 3. turn chicken 4. add orange juice to pan and cover 5. cook for 4-5 minutes 6. remove cover and allow sauce to reduce until it is a glaze consistency (approx. 5 minutes) |
