Honey Cheesecake With Almond And Coconut Crust

A simple no bake cheesecake with a unique crust
Ingredients:
crust
1 cup ground almonds, raw
1 cup ground dried unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons honey
filling
24 ounces cream cheese
1 cup honey
1/2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 envolope unflavored geletin
1/4 cups water
Directions:
1. Crust
2. in a springform pan, combine almond and coconut with melted butter and honey, press into pan and bank the edge
3. bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. let cool
4. filling
5. sprinkle geletin over cold water, after the geletin has softened, bring water to a boil
6. combine cream cheese, cream, honey and vanilla with a mixerr. Mix on high until fluffy
7. pour hot geletin water over and mix well
8. pour into baked crust, refridgorate until set.
