I received this recipe from a lady in a department store who was demonstrating bread mixers. It makes quite a bit, I will guess at how much, because I have really never thought about it. This recipe can easily be halved, but typically I make the whole thing and then shape into logs or sticks and place them in the freezer and pull out as needed. I will give prep time 15 minutes for shaping into logs for the freezer. Ingredients:
1 lb butter, room temp |
1/4 lb margarine, room temp |
1 cup honey |
6 tablespoons marshmallow creme |
Directions:
1. Place into bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. |
