My coworker years ago brought a piece of this cake to me. One taste and I was hooked. It tastes like a cinnamon roll with icing. It's wonderful. Ingredients:
1 box yellow or butter cake mix |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cup brown sugar |
4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 1/2 teaspoons cream (evaporated milk) |
1 cup confectioners sugar |
4 tablespoons evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Blend first 3 ingredients and pour into 13x9 baking pan.
2. Blend next 3 ingredients and pour over the batter and swirl in.
3. Bake at 325 degrees approx. 40 mins.
4. Combine last 3 ingredients in small bowl. Pour over hot cake.
5. Enjoy.
