1 1/2 cups wheat bran |
1 cup buttermilk |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
1/3 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup whole-wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased muffin tin. 3. Bake for 20 minutes. |
