Honey -Bourbon Glazed Carrots |

Even friends who aren't fond of cooked carrots have enjoyed this way of fixing them. It's easy, quick, tasty and goes with anything. Ingredients:
1 lb large carrot, peeled and sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch slices |
2/3 cup water |
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons honey |
3 tablespoons bourbon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. 2. Cook until carrots are tender and liquid has turned into a glaze, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Season to taste. |
