Ingredients:
3/4 cup a-1 steak sauce |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan,blend steak sauce,honey,sherry,cornstarch and basil. 2. Heat to boiling,stir constantly. 3. Boil 1 minute,remove from heat and cool slightly. 4. Use as a basting sauce for beef,poultry or pork. |
