Honey Balsomic Argula Salad |

nice salad to accompany any dinner. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsomic vinegar |
1 teaspoon honey |
6 cups arugula, chopped |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon minced shallot |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/4 cup sliced red onion |
1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for onions,argula, walnuts, and stir well with a whisk. 2. Add argula, onions, and walnuts, and toss gently. |
