With just 5 ingredients, with most already in your pantry, you can whip up homemade Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette to complement your favorite salad greens. Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and honey until well combined. Slowly drizzle in oil in a steady steam, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Whisk or shake well before using. |
