Store extra in the refrigerator. Shake well before using. Ingredients:
3 shallots, minced |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; whisk in olive oil. Serve over mixed greens. |
