From a friend Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup honey |
1 cup ketchup |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Bring vinegar and honey to boil over medium-high heat. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Stir in ketchup, garlic, oil and rosemary, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes. 4. Stir in lemon zest and pepper. 5. Cool completely, will keep in refrigerator for 1 week. |
