Try this dressing over simple mixed spring greens with a touch of sliced radish for color. Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl with a wire whisk. Whisk in oil, salt, and pepper. |
