This is super yummy and very easy to make, you can serve it with veggies or potatoes to round it out. I got it out of a weight watchers cookbook years ago I believe, but can't find the actual recipe, most of it is just by eye. Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken strips |
salt |
pepper |
thyme |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt, pepper & thyme evenly over both sides of chicken strips. 2. Add olive oil to pan and heat med-high. 3. When oil is hot, add chicken and fry both sides until chicken is cooked throughly 4. Remove chicken to plate and turn heat on high. 5. Add honey and vinegar to pan, stirring constantly until thickened. 6. Pour mixture over chicken and serve! |
