Honey Baked Chicken For One

Serve this with a baked potato and steamed broccoli for a pretty healthy meal. I usually double the recipe and eat the chicken cold the next day.
Ingredients:
1 bone-in chicken breast half.
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon yellow or dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Place chicken in foil lined baking dish.
2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
4. Stir over low heat until smooth and heated through.
5. Pour over chicken.
6. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
7. Baste with pan juices before serving.
