I found this recipe somewhere, I don't remember. I've made it one time, it was really good. The only thing that I will do different the next time I make it is to poke holes in the chicken breasts with a knife before baking. This will allow the flavor to make it all the way through the chicken. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, thawed |
1/3 cup margarine, melted |
1/3 cup honey |
2 tablespoons mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan. 3. Combine melted margarine, honey, mustard & salt. Pour over chicken. 4. Bake 1 hour, basting chicken every 15 minutes. |
