Could use 1/2 teaspoon paprika in place of curry powder, depending on your taste. Ingredients:
4 skinless bone-in chicken breast halves |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and add chicken. 2. Mix butter, honey, mustard, and curry powder in a small bowl, and pour over chicken. 3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 5-6 hours. |
