1 large acorn squash |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Wash squash and cut in half. Remove and discard seeds. Place squash on a foil lined pan. 3. In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Brush squash with butter mixture. 4. Bake 30-35 minutes. |
