This is from, From Honey Bees To Brain Freeze: A Kid's Guide To Cooking With Honey. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
3/4 cup dried apricot, finely diced |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. To make dipping sauce, in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring honey and rice vinegar to a boil. 2. Add apricots and return to a boil. Simmer 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; cool slightly, then puree to desired consistency in a blender or food processor. 4. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. |
