A great condiment to pork or it can be used as a tart filling or served with cream as a dessert.
Ingredients:
1 c. honey
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced.
Directions:
1. Heat honey and vinegar in a stainless steel or porcelain pan.
2. Drop the apples a few at a time into the simmering honey mixture. Skim them out when the apples are transparent. Serve chilled or hot.
