                    Low Calorie Snack for the family. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup honey  |  
                                                2 egg whites  |  
                                                1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1 cup whole wheat flour  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger  |  
                                                2 tablespoons vanilla frosting  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. 3. Microwave honey in a large microwave-safe bowl for 15 seconds. 4. Stir in egg whites and applesauce with a wooden spoon. 5. Gradually stir in baking soda, flour, and ginger. 6. Drop in tablespoon size portions onto cookie sheets, about 1 1/2 inches apart. 7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden brown. 8.
