Did I also mention that this has orange and pineapple juices? I made this up after a brisk 2.5 mile walk; I wanted some kind of sustenance but didn't want to stand in the kitchen all day. This is so easy that you don't even have to break out the blender; just whisk it up in a cup and enjoy. This amount is enough for one serving for me; but you might want to double up on it if you like more. Ingredients:
3 ounces plain yogurt |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cup; whisk together thoroughly. Serve chilled. |
