Honey and Sultana Scones

This recipe is ideal made in a food processor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt (natural)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup milk (whole)
3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sultana
Directions:
1. Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl, then beat in the milk, flour and salt.
2. Stir in the sultanas and knead dough on a lightly-floured board and shape into a round about 1 inch thick.
3. Cut into rounds and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Glaze with a little milk and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
