Honey and Orange Ham Glaze |

New Zealand is world famous for its manuka honey, which is used for health reasons, medicinal reasons and of course for cooking. This glaze is perfect for ham. Ingredients:
1 cup honey |
2 oranges, juice of |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
20 whole cloves |
Directions:
1. Over med heat, mix honey, orange juice and mustard together.
2. Cool and pour over ham that has been scored.
3. Stud with cloves.
4. Bake as directed on ham package.
