Good blend of flavors I like. Hope you do as well. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can hominy (yellow or white drained) |
1 lb ground turkey |
1/2 onion (chopped) |
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies (drained) |
1 cup cooked rice (i use brown rice) |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey with onions. 2. add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Add seasonings and liquid to taste and consistency desired. |
