Casserole made with hominy, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and corn chips. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy or 2 (15 ounce) cans white hominy |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup |
0.5 (10 ounce) can ro-tel tomatoes |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup crushed corn chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the corn chips. 2. Put in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with corn chips. 3. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F. |
