This is a different veggie that most people forget about... but this is rather good for a change of taste...Another dish that my Aunt Helen makes. Ingredients:
2 cans hominy, drained |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can rotel tomatoes |
1 can onion rings |
1 small package grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients and place in a baking dish. 2. Add cheese and cook until bubbly. 3. Cover with onion rings and heat again thoroughly. |
