This is my Mother in Laws recipe that is a family favorite at holiday meals It freezes well and is a big hit at pot lucks Very simple and only a few ingredients Ingredients:
1 (10 lb) can white hominy |
1 (1 lb) container sour cream |
3/4 cup green chili pepper, chopped |
16 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated |
1 cup green onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon pepper |
Directions:
1. pre-heat oven to 350.
2. combine all ingredients.
3. pour into greased baking dish.
4. bake until hot and bubbly.
