I got this recipe from a co-worker when I lived in Florida. Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans hominy, drained |
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies |
4 tablespoons butter |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Butter a 2 1/2 quart cassserole. 3. Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes. |
