This recipe came from an office social. I had to request the recipe a few times before I got it, and it's a treasure! Ingredients:
45 ounces hominy, drained |
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup |
1 -2 lb beef, browned |
10 ounces rotel tomatoes |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 teaspoon garlic |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 -2 cup cheese |
1 -2 cup crushed fritos corn chips |
Directions:
1. Mix together and layer with shredded cheese. Top with crushed fritos and bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and browned. |
