My Dad found this one years ago. It goes great with BBQ! Ingredients:
2 (29 ounce) cans white hominy, drained |
1 pint sour cream |
1 medium onion, minced |
1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies |
2 cups monterey jack cheese or 2 cups monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish. 3. Bake 350degrees 45 to 60 minutes. |
