Tender, beefy pot roast made in the slow cooker. Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless beef chuck, cut into large chunks |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can hunt's stewed tomatoes, undrained |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package beef stew seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine meat, tomatoes with their liquid and the seasoning in slow cooker. Cover with lid. 2. Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours). |
