Light version of a creamy coleslaw. Ingredients:
1 head cabbage |
2 carrots |
1/2 cup light mayonaise |
3 tbs apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Shred head of cabbage, grate two carrot into a large bowl. 2. Mix together the mayo and vinegar. (I add two tsp splenda for sweetness). Mix in Celery seeds. 3. Toss together. 4. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. 5. Enjoy! |
