2 lb loaf, cut into 12 slices, then each slice cut in half Ingredients:
2 c water |
2 t butter |
1/3 c brown sugar |
1/4 tsp salt |
4 1/3 c whole wheat flour |
1/3 c ground flax seed |
3 t wheat gluten |
1 t yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed, set for whole wheat bread 1.5 or 2 lb loaf (due to large amount of whole wheat flour, loaf does not generally rise to 2 lb size) |
