Delicious potato wedges. Pretty unhealthy :S
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220*C
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges
3. Cover the bottom of two roasting tins with vegetable oil
4. Put the wedges in the tins and toss until coated with oil
5. Season with salt, pepper and paprika
6. Cook for an hour, checking every twenty minutes to turn them over
7. Serve when crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft in the middle
