Homemade Vanilla Coffee Creamer |

I ran out of coffee creamer when I had a late night of baking cookies... You just need coffee when you are making lots and lots of cookies .... I searched and didn't want to add the extra calories of sweetened condensed milk or lots of sugar, after all I'm making and eating cookies. This is sweet and I think that other extracts could easily be added for a different taste. This is good enough for me to stop buying the overpriced stuff in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. Ingredients:
1 cup milk (your choice of variety) |
1/3 cup splenda granular |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan add your milk and Splenda. 2. Stir and watch until the Splenda is melted. 3. Add vanilla. 4. Enjoy. 5. I let it go to room temperature and stored it in the old creamer bottles! |
