Pizza with ground beef, cooked and drained. Topped with vegetables and cheese. Yum! Ingredients:
3/4 tsp salt |
4 cups flour |
2 tsp active dry yeast |
1 1/4 cups water |
3 tbsp canola oil |
1 lb. hamburger, browned |
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 small onion, minced |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
15 oz. (great value) tomato sauce |
4 oz. (shurfine) mushrooms |
1/2 cup (great value) pitted ripe olives |
2 tsp. oregano |
1 tsp. black pepper |
Directions:
1. mix bread ingredients. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour and a half. Brown hamburger. press dough into jelly roll pan. Put sauce on, then meat, then prepared veggies, and lastly, cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees. |
