166 grams chopped spinach |
4 slices silken tofu |
2 tsp onion powder |
3 cloves garlic |
1 oz spinach |
1 tsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. drain and pat dry tofu 2. in food processor, blend all ingredients until desired consistency. 3. refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy! |
