This recipe is in a cookbook that my mom got from her Dr a long time ago. Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) carton low fat cottage cheese |
1/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Place cheese in large sieve to drain thoroughly. 2. Put into blender with milk. 3. Blend until mixture is the consistency of sour cream. |
