In a pinch I make this and I add any number of seasonings ( cajun spices, fresh garlic, cracked pepper etc ) chopped fine veggies ( onions, bell peppers, pimentos ) to change the taste and to top baked potatoes, chip dip etc. yields 1 Cup, Prep time includes chill time. Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese |
1/4 cup skim milk |
3/4-1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or 3/4-1 teaspoon white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients into blender or hand mixer, blend till smooth. 2. Refrigerate. |
