Whenever you need sour cream in a recipe and have none in the refrigerator, try this. Ingredients:
1 cup evaporated milk |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix together and let stand in warm area for 30 minutes. (I put it in the oven with light on, right beneath the light. 2. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
