Tomato-based vegetable soup with beef Ingredients:
32 oz beef |
3 medium potatoes, diced |
1 small onion, diced |
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables |
10 oz of frozen lima beans |
28 oz of diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Slowly cook beef in water until very tender, remove 2. Cook diced potatoes and onion until soft 3. Add diced tomatoes 4. Add frozen vegetables and lima beans and cook until done |
