Make your own - leave out the oil and enjoy fresh from the oven! Ingredients:
12 egg tomatoes |
olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
caster sugar |
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped |
Directions:
1. Core and halve tomatoes. 2. Brush with olive oil. 3. Sprinkle with all other ingredients. 4. Place them flat on a try and dry in oven on 125 Degrees C for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
