Got this recipe from a sweet neighbor who was almost 100 years old. I have been making it ever since because to me, it is better than the store bought variety. This is good for use in egg dishes, cheese dishes, seafood and meat dishes. Also makes a nice gift in a decorative jar. Ingredients:
1 cup salt |
3 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 teaspoons crushed dry oregano |
3 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon crushed dried thyme |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. Store in airtight container. |
