Ingredients:
6 lbs lean pork
3 lbs fatty pork
1/4 cup sage
2 tablespoons pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons cloves, ground
2 teaspoons mccormick's seasoning salt
nutmeg, grated
Directions:
1. Put pork through fine blade of meat grinder twice.
2. Put meat in mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients. Knead well with hands to blend spices thoroughly.
3. Shape into 36 patties.
4. Fry at once or freeze.
