Ingredients:
6 lbs lean pork |
3 lbs fatty pork |
1/4 cup sage |
2 tablespoons pepper |
2 tablespoons salt |
2 tablespoons cloves, ground |
2 teaspoons mccormick's seasoning salt |
nutmeg, grated |
Directions:
1. Put pork through fine blade of meat grinder twice. 2. Put meat in mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients. Knead well with hands to blend spices thoroughly. 3. Shape into 36 patties. 4. Fry at once or freeze. |
