2 lbs hamburger |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon liquid smoke |
1 tablespoon mustard seeds |
2 tablespoons morton's tender quick |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix together well; roll like salami and place in foil, covering completely. 2. Refrigerate 24 hours. 3. Bake 1 hour at 350 in foil in a pan to catch grease. 4. Cool and wrap in new foil. 5. Keep refrigerated. |
