These are super easy and always a huge hit. You can make more small dinner roles or larger for sandwich buns. Be sure to flour your hands when shaping the rolls so they don't stick to you. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
3 cups bread flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in breadmachine in order as listed. Run on dough cycle. 2. Shape rolls and place on lightly greased baking pan. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place for 1 hour. 3. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minute. |
