Ingredients:
1 cup(s) heavy cream |
3 cup(s) whole milk |
1 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to gentle simmer over medium heat. Simmer gently for a few minutes until solids rise to the surface. Turn off heat and cool for 15-20 minutes. 2. Line a strainer over a bowl with cheesecloth. Use a slotted spoot to scoop solids into strainer then gently pour liquip over solids. Allow to drain for a few hours in the refrigerator. |
