Bring the taste of restaurant style refried beans home with this quick and easy homemade recipe!! Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can pinto beans |
1/2 medium onion, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring Beans to a boil. 2. Drain excess liquied and discard. 3. Put Beans in a medium size bowl and beat with electric mixture until mashed. 4. Stir in Onion, Butter and Soy Sauce. 5. Return bean mixture to small saucepan over low heat and stir until heated through. 6. Stir in Cheddar Cheese. |
